Scenic drives are always a great way to wind down the weekend and get your car out for a decent drive. We’ve got a small list together of three of the best places you can drive to outside of Melbourne.
1. The Black Spur
In between Healsville and Marysville, 60km North East of Melbourne, it’ll take you roughly two hours to get all the way to Marysville. Follow the Maroondah Highway through the Black Spur as you go deeper and deeper into the huge rainforest and pretend your driving into the Jurassic Era.

2. Arthurs Seat
Southeast of Melbourne, Arthurs Seat Road is the highest point over looking Mornington Peninsula. If you love a good view, and plenty of hairpin turns, this is a place for just that.

3. Avenue of Honour
Situated in Bacchus Marsh, 55km North West of Melbourne, via the Western Freeway, the Avenue of Honour was part of several memorials erected to commemorate the ANZACs. Another great scenic drive that looks like something out of a movie.
