The New Toyota HiLux Hits Australian Shores

Equipped with more gadgets than ever before,  a modernised look and the signature toughness and grunt that has made the HiLux the most popular choice for workmen nationwide. All bodies of the new HiLux, come with a refreshed look that the HiLux series has arguably needed for a while now. Meaner looking headlights, flared bodywork and refreshed running lines make for a contemporary look, while on the higher end models a brand new trip computer, CD and Radio System and interior console helps bring the HiLux well and truly into the computer age.

It’s not just the exterior that’s had a facelift in the new HiLux. A brand new suite of engines and drivetrains are available, with the choice of both Petrol and Turbo-Diesel engines, some of which make up to 400nm of Torque for all the grunt you need to tackle Australia’s toughest trails. Automotive and Manual Transmissions are both available, including a new intelligent Manual, all of which utilise the best gear ratios for your needs and work specifically for your choice of engine. ABS, Traction Control and Stablity Control are standard on all models, and Hill-Start and Downhill Assist controls are also optional extras.
