You will find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions in the section below. If you have read the FAQs and still have some questions unanswered, please feel free to contact us.

General

Firstly, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused. We are still ironing out the kinks on our new website and if you find any problems please contact us and we will try and improve your online shopping experience.

Unless otherwise stated on the Site, all products sold by Sparesbox are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.

 

Replacement products (including shipping) will be provided by Sparesbox where:

a)     The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or

b)     The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or

c)     The product does not match the sample or the Sparesbox descriptions; or

d)     The product was damaged during delivery; and

e)     You can provide proof of purchase with the Sparesbox receipt.

 

Replacement will only be completed upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

 

Where a warranty fault has been recognised and accepted by us, shipping expenses will be refunded. For any replacements where the shipping expense is being covered by Sparesbox, the original shipping address will be used.

 

Exchanges will only be provided on products that are clean, unused and in a saleable condition. This means that the product must be in its original packaging, including manuals and all accessories, and the product(s) is unopened, unused and in its original condition. All electrical components cannot be returned if packaging seal is broken.

 

If you receive an incorrect or faulty product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping

When you purchase on Sparesbox you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. For orders with multiple products, you may receive multiple deliveries as some products may be shipped from different suppliers. 

Shipping is free for orders over $50 (inc. GST) going to metro or regional Australian locations. For orders less than $50 (inc. GST), shipping is $7.95.

Express delivery is available for $14.95 on all orders going to metro and regional Australian locations. Remote Australian locations and International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Sparesbox is shipping Australia wide and all orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment has been completed. Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday during business hours. Delivery times are 2 to 5 days for standard shipping to east coast metropolitan areas. For Western Australia, as well as regional and remote areas within Australia, please allow at least 10 working days for delivery from the receipt of your order and payment. Delivery time is subject to availability of stock and delivery time may be extended to by up to 30 days by us. If for any reason, your order, or part thereof, cannot be shipped to you on time or at all you will be notified promptly.

Yes we ship to most countries. International shipping charges are calculated when you enter your address as checkout. See the table of international shipping locations on our shipping page.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer pick up. However, we use the best delivery methods to ensure that you get your goodies as quickly as possible - no matter where you are in Australia.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with details on how to track your parts. On rare occassions, some parts my take longer to dispatch than advised as we may need to specially order the parts in. If there is a delay on dispatching your part, we will be in touch to provide an update on the expected arrival time, and in some instances offer an alternative part (of equal or higher value) will can be shipped sooner.

Orders

Yes, you can change or cancel your order, however, as all orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment, you will need to contact us before we ship your order.

Fitment

Its easy! If you use the fitment filter which can be found on the home page, a category page, in the Compatible Vehicles section on a product page and in the My Garage section and select your make, model and year, the right parts will be displayed for your vehicle.

Our website is new and we are launching new products everyday. Just because you can’t see the product you are looking for on our site does not mean we don’t stock it. If we haven’t got what you are looking for online yet, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our customer service team is dedicated to helping you out where they can. If you are a bit lost and not sure how to find the part you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us and speak to one of our automotive professionals.

Payments

You have an option at the start of the checkout and at the last stage of the checkout. You will find a PayPal icon- click on the icon and follow the prompts.

If you haven't already created an account, you can do so here and then make your way to the My Garage section of your account and add your vehicles details. Everytime you visit Sparesbox the right parts for your car will be displayed.
