New rocker cover fittings for the new oil breather system. The aeroflow AN-12 fittings to feed the catch can setup and the oiler filler replaces the didgy 1980's french plastic filler tube and assembly.

With what could only be described as a 'cowboy' tune on the stock pump when I bought the big girl, I was quick to replace it with a properly tuned & upgraded ADS Injection pump.
A good few thousand kilometers on since then and I'm still loving the extra power and more consistant temps! :D
Easiest solution to the Mrs not wanting to come camping? Fix her up with 240v in the back of the cruiser for at home luxuries!

There were a few things that got the better of me and drove me to the big power decision! I got really sick of dropping gears and slowing down up hills on the freeway AND I wanted to know I had enough grunt for whatever offroad challenge I tackled, so.. that lead me to the setup I have today!
Who doesn't love BIG turbos! Being a close to 30 year old 4wd, they're not overly powerful or fast from factory - I needed to change that! So what have I done to achieve over 200hp and over 700nm from the 1hdt 4.2L turbo diesel motor?
- Rebuilt it with oversized factory Toyota internals + ARP Bolts (new motor has done 42k)
- Installed a G Turbo Grunter Extreme turbo (good for over 35psi)
- Installed a Safari Engineering front mount intercooler
- Installed an 'ADS Injection' 200+hp upgraded Injector pump
- Installed a Turbosmart boost Tee
- Installed a 3" Turbo back straight through exhaust with a side pipe
- Custom tuned to 26psi
Brake System: installed new custom braided brake lines for the car including the hydraulic hand brake for the rear brake circuit. Twin master cylinder (non-boosted) with balance bar for front to rear bias adjustment. 4 piston Wilwood caliper conversion with cross drilled rotors and rear disc brake conversion (from a Peugeot 306). Custom fabricated stainless hard lines with stainless aeroflow brake fittings.
Probaby one of the best mods we've done! We wanted more power and that's what we got! The Full Torqit Performance Package consisting of the Torqit 3" turbo back exhaust, Torqit 'Pedal Torq' throttle controller AND the Torqit Power Module helped us see gains of 41kw and 97nm!
