CV & Drive Shafts
About CV & Drive Shafts
A Drive Shaft, also known as a CV Shaft, is a rotating shaft that transmits torque in an engine. Torque is the way in which most engines deliver power, and in the case of the Driveshaft it delivers this power from the gearbox or differential to the wheels.
Why Do I Need CV and Drive Shafts
Like all part of Transmission & Drivetrain, the Drive Shaft must undergo regular maintenance so that the car runs smoothly, as quietly as possible, and with minimal vibrations. You may not always need to replace the CV / Driveshaft, but an accessory such as the Coupling Joint, Centre Support Bearing, CV Boot Clamp, CV Boot Kits, and Driveshaft Couplings. Sparesbox carry these items to make your Transmission and Drivetrain meet every part of the daily functions you require of your vehicle.
